2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Kinki Nippon Railway is known as Japan's largest private railway, with an extensive route network spanning from Kansai to the Chukyo area.The 1420 series is a commuter train of Kinki Nippon Railway, and was manufactured in 1984 as the first generation 1250 series.After that, the format was changed to the 1251 series in 1986, and finally the format was changed again to the 1420 series in 1990, which continues to be the case today.It is also Kinki Nippon Railway's first VVVF inverter controlled vehicle, and the world's first 1500V railway line vehicle to be equipped with a VVVF inverter control device using a GTO thyristor with a withstand voltage of 4500V2000A.This GTO thyristor element later became a standard item for railway inverter control devices, and a plate with a logo mark is attached to the side of the car body to indicate that it is a VVVF inverter control car.Similar trains are mainly used on the Osaka Line, where they are connected to other trains and used as high-class trains, including rapid express trains, and are sometimes operated independently as local trains.By using the separately sold power unit and N scale running parts, it can be run as an N scale railway model.We recommend the power unit TM-14 (20m class A2), the traveling parts set TT-04R, and the pantograph PT4811N [0258].*Display pedestal is not included.*The railway model is a system that supplies power from the rails.It does not use batteries even when running, emitting light, or lighting up.*This product does not include batteries.*This product does not use fuel.*This product does not include fuel.*This product does not include paint.
