The Calm Soft Leather Binder uses leather from Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, known as the mecca of the leather tanning industry.
By applying more oil than usual to the leather, we achieve a soft finish that brings out the natural feel of the leather.
The chrome-tanned binder is given a "soft unglazed" finish to bring out the natural feel of the leather.
Unglazed finishes alone make scratches on the surface more noticeable, so we colored it using a dye and pigment.
The leather is thick, so with continued use, the leather fibers will loosen up, allowing you to enjoy the process of the leather becoming even softer to the touch.
The pocket size comes in 20mm ring diameters, the compact size in 25mm, and the classic size in 30mm.
Available in both open and zippered versions.
This binder is recommended for those who value softness and the ability to open flat.
