How to use
Spray once into each nostril up to 6 times daily as needed. Do not use for more than 6 months after opening.
1. Shake before use.
2. Tilt the spray to one side and press the spray nozzle firmly for at least 1 second and repeat until mist comes out.
3. Stand upright and spray into each nostril.
4. Blow your nose.
5. After use, wash the spray nozzle with hot water and dry it well.
