I bought a tire cover that says it’s suitable for wheel sizes from 13” to 19”. My spare tire is R17, but the cover doesn’t fit at all — it’s way too small. This means the product does not match the specifications stated on the label. I kindly request an exchange or a refund due to the product not conforming to its described features
