basically very good, but Manual description less than basic. all settings on right hand side switch off after only a short time...Charging too fast (switches off charging after less than 5 inutes), it seems that it hardly charges..less than half...After using it for 2-3 times, it either switches off after a few minutes...or hardly uses the program. Could be an issue with power suplly for not fully charging.... Programs cannot be used to full extend, as it switches of after short time...even after charging... Must be a charging/ power supply/ battery issue?

I received the package this morning from my local post office. As soon as I opened up the package, I was dismayed by the extremely low quality. I charged the device for 2 hours. I've never seen such a short cord. Any shorter, and I would have been in the plug charging with it. I lay the mat on the floor, turned the device, or the remote control on. NOTHING!! It doesn't work. I'll be uploading a video. I'll take the video as soon as I've finished writing this. Anyway. I'd better get a refund for this crap!!

After charging, then starting the massager and increasing the sensitivity to the maximum, no massage is felt on the feet.
