I am outraged. The product arrived late. I was charged shipping costs, even though the website states that shipping is free! Furthermore, the product does not match the description. I ordered "natural Baltic amber". The product description stated that the stone was precious and the color of the product was orange! In fact, I received a blue plastic stone in a setting. Furthermore, I paid €9.82 for shipping. I would like a refund for the product, as it does not match the description at all and does not contain natural amber, as the seller claims! I also request a refund of the shipping costs. I say nothing about compensation for moral damages.
