I've ordered from this seller successfully previously so I hope this order was just an accident but the album I recieved was damaged all over and the CD completely unplayable as it was broken. However, the customer service was perfect and had very fast communication so the experience wasn't horrible. The customer service increased the review from 0 to 3 stars as it was very good thank you.
I'm so happy with this, I barely pull Jay so I was SOOO happy to get his full set, even with my random photo card, that photo card of his is soo ahhhhhh!! Package came fine, packaging is a little crunched on the side but it always does with this album
Took just over 2 weeks to arrive. The outer box was a bit crumpled at the corners but the packaging is very flimsy so it’s understandable. Came with everything and had some freebies too :) My first time getting a Sunghoon photocard so I’m super happy
Everything arrived safely and undamaged, the member was correct and I even received a freebie^^ the shipping took a month but thats okay because the price is very good and is was cheaper than buying it locally so I definitely don’t mind the wait
