How to Use: Scoop out the balm. Warm the balm with your fingertips until it turns into oil. Gently massage the balm into dry skin in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water or wipe off with a damp washcloth. Pat dry. To remove eye makeup, apply with eyes closed.
