On August 16, "finally", after a long wait, I received the requested product (snow crampons) ... "THE WAITING REALLY IS TOO MUCH", UNTIL A PURCHASED PRODUCT ARRIVES !!! 😡 ... THEN, " THE COURIERS ONLY PLAY THE INTERCOM "!!! 😡😡😡 ... BUT THEY DON'T EVEN INSIST ON CALLING THE PHONE TO NOTIFY, AND, THIS, I DON'T, JUST, LIKE IT !!! 😡😡😡 .. .BECAUSE THE OTHER DAY I HEARD, AGAIN, THE INTERCOM RING, AND IT WAS BEFORE AUGUST 16 ... BUT I COULD NOT ANSWER ... SO, I ASSUME IT WAS THE COURIER, WHO DID NOT CALL ME TO NOTIFY THE PRODUCT ARRIVED !!! 😡😡😡

I ordered it extra large, but it still doesn't fit. It's very difficult to even pull it over the top of the shoe and then it doesn't get far enough on the heel. Doesn't help me at all if it stops being of no use to me in the shoe.

I am happy that I got it today . But I was also happy that the sun was shining again and that there was no more black ice ! So I have it for next winter!
