The sound is great but the ear piece is so flimsy it snaps, you get an extra one in the package but that snapped just as quickly. Thicken up the ear piece and they would be perfect, but they can't be used without the ear piece.

I recommend, I'm using it at work constantly on call to hear well and whoever is on the other side also hears me well, battery lasts more than twice as long as those sold in normal telecommunications stores.
