I have put the comment without realizing that they have made a mistake and the pen that they have sent me is not for the phone that I told them. S10 plus. Now I don't know what to do to change it I have followed your instructions and there is no way to let you know for the change to take place. If it stays like this, it will be a scam. Still being wrong, I bought an adapter and it doesn't work. I give it to my neighbor, who is an electronic engineer, to see what could happen and he tells me that the pen is damaged. I make the appropriate claim and tell them that I have it ready to return it to them and they give me the silent answer.

Unfortunately, the sticks do not have the promised storage capacity as soon as you try to exceed more than 1/8 of the displayed capacity, the computer gives an error message and the data is gone and the stick has to be formatted! So hands off!
