The coat is of excellent quality and condition. And I love the colour and texture of the material. But unfortunately it is too small. I wish to return it for a couple of sizes bigger. Please let me know how I do this. Thank you 😊 XXL size would be better. Could I also change delivery address
Never purchase anything from joom. If the article does not fit, it is difficult to return. I bought two jackets from joom. The size was not perfect. Now, I want to return, but they are giving me a lot of excuses. I don't purchase anymore from joom.
I ordered xxl, unfortunately I can't even fit the sleeves, it's a size S at most, it's a shame, and I don't need to exchange it, sending it back probably won't work either, it's more expensive than the jacket, I'm very disappointed. Birgit Groppe
The size is supposed to be XXL, but it's much too small, I normally wear 46-48, I can't even get into the sleeve here, this is now the 2nd jacket and I can't send it back???? And received a credit, I'm very disappointed 😞
