I have only one piece in a sealed envelope. The rest were thrown into the packaging bag, stuck together, deformed, almost unusable. I want to return the products and get my money back, but I haven't found out how to proceed yet. The order is not registered, so I have nothing to complain about. A very unpleasant experience that I will certainly not repeat. I sent photos and a complaint to an address in Romania, but I have not yet received a response. Maybe it is no longer valid. I wouldn't be surprised.
