Directions for use: For sustained release, mix 1 dose (1 scoop) in a glass or shake cup with 8 oz of cold water or skim milk. For 8-hour sustained release: Mix 2 doses (2 scoops) in 16 oz of cold water or skim milk. Mix and take. Take between meals and after exercise.
