How to use the product: Please read the important warnings under ‘When using the product’. To suppress cough in adults and children 2 years and older: Rub neck and chest thickly. For minor aches and pains in muscles and joints, apply to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times a day. Do not use for children under 2 years of age
