Dear [Seller/Support Team], We ordered the Labubu V3 Monster toy for my daughter and paid €27.97 for it, as confirmed in the attached receipt. Not only did we wait a long time for the package to arrive, but unfortunately, when my daughter finally opened it today, the toy was dirty and stained in a way that cannot be cleaned off. It appears to be a factory defect. Moreover, we never received any shipping confirmation or tracking number to our email, which made the whole process very unclear and frustrating. Given the poor condition and low quality of the item, we kindly request a return address so that we can send the toy back and receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
